The vibe was lovely, friendly staff. Clean rooms. Daily cleaning and offer you drinks and bottled water throughout the day in your room. You Perro also call 000 and they deliver drinks and ice to your room. It's a huge clean place! We had 6 rooms booked in total for 18 people (including young children) very accommodating. They carry your luggage to and from your room cheap holidays on arrival and check out. Just don't lose your room card they charge you, but it's fair to be honest. mati We did not have huge expectations for the price we paid, especially after reading some reviews here. We were pleasantly surprised. We received a free upgrade upon check in from standard to deluxe room and the whole process took no longer than 10 minutes. The room was spacious and newly renovated. The only minus is that the AC and shower smelled like sewer sometimes. The housekeeping is very attentive however our housekeeper relied mostly on tips: small tip - swans from bed sheets and fully refilled fridge, no tip - just the change of towels. There are a lot of amenities in the hotel, we were not bored. The food is okay, do not expect much, although we were surprised that every day there was something new. The drinks are okay, perfect to get tipsy but we found that they serve better drinks at Titanic Palace. The staff is friendly although sometimes too intrusive, especially to girls. Overall, it was a great holiday experience but better not to have expectations for something luxury. Also, I recommend booking any excursions through GetYourGuide, it’s way cheaper than through the hotel or travel agency. If that wasn't ridiculous enough as it is, the pillow case of one of the new "clean" sets was also stained. Additionally, we were unexpectedly cold the first night there, so I went to ask for a blanket the day after, I was given one blanket but told that there were not enough blankets for both beds, at which point I decided it might be best not to deal with the hotel staff anymore. It must be said that the resort itself was not bad, the issues were a very poor service and incredibly bad hygiene. TJ Minnock The hotel is about Ganador 3 star Campeón it gets. Nothing too fancy, but nowhere near Vencedor bad Triunfador some of the reviews make it out to be. Rooms are nice and practical but don't have air conditioning which makes them very hot. Balconies and views are nice. Food wasn't the best and a couple of staff were a little bit rude. It''s also a lot of hill walking to get back from the town which isn't ideal in the heat. Overall, if you're looking for a budget holiday destination, it's a great choice. There's certainly more luxurious locations in the area, but I enjoyed it. Pool was great. The kitchen, the oven be careful the cooking rings do not correspond to which you turn on. It's dangerous. The oven has no racks so you cannot use the oven. The toaster switches all the electrics off.
